Lost Kid Gambit at The New York Fashion Show

The New York Fashion Show (NYFS)  is about bringing people worldwide together to celebrate fashion, art, and culture. The NYFS is a major event in the international fashion industry, and this year, it was even more spectacular. From models and celebrities gracing the red carpet to those just curious about the latest trends, this week-long event has something for everyone.

Fashion Week 2023 was held in New York from February 10 to 15. It is a crucial event in the fashion world, which has a significant impact on various areas of our lives, and music is no exception.

What do you get when you combine two of the most popular elements of culture, fashion and music? It is a combination that will give us something truly magical. That’s why having the perfect soundtrack while on the catwalk is so important – it truly sets the mood for the show. So, we have something to tell you.

We are thrilled to announce that On February 12, 2023, the New York Fashion Scene (NYFS) came alive with the cool beats of the Lost Kid Gambit. This exciting achievement marks a significant milestone for us, and we couldn’t be more proud! The driving track – Night Shift has become the musical background to one of the most prestigious fashion events in the world.

We want to thank Franzizka Tekno for providing a fantastic opportunity to have a unique experience and help to showcase a designer’s creativity, influence audience emotion, and add cohesion to an overall look.

Franzizka Tekno is a fashion designer born in Riobamba, Ecuador. In her teenage years, she moved to the capital, Quito, where she created MANCHA after a few years and many trips to Europe. Inspired by the street culture and underground urban styles of the 90s, she creates pieces crafted with great attention to detail, resulting in pieces that will stand out in any crowd.

MANCHA established itself as the first underground clothing brand in Ecuador by launching its first collection in 2013 in collaboration with his father’s paintings, a renowned visual artist. She also created the first agency for tattooed models called Alternative Models Quito. This collective is a milestone in Ecuadorian fashion. It has allowed many models to express themselves through their body art. By working with alternative models, including those with tattoos and other differences from traditional beauty standards, she has gained the attention of various media outlets.

In 2019, looking for new trends and stylistic inputs, Franzizka moved to Miami city, where she now resides. She is designing and manufacturing all the garments in her latest collection, wearing a unique and daring style that mixes colours, textiles, and various sources of inspiration.
